Maintenance
Wait 30 days after installation before cleaning the E-Film surface. Use a soft, lint-free microfiber cloth and a mild cleaning product, such as a 50/50 diluted isopropyl alcohol solution or an ammonia-free glass cleaner. Wipe gently in one direction to avoid streaks. Clean power switches and controllers with a dry cloth only.
Installation guidance
- Always clean the glass thoroughly before installation, using Crystal Antistatic Spray (600-ATS) and wear antistatic gloves during installation or handling. - Apply dry only – never use water or soapy solution. - Handle carefully: keep the film flat, do not bend, and protect the edges. - Keep the top protective liner in place until the end of the installation. - Do not install under frames or in areas subject to mechanical stress. - Leave a 2–2.5 mm gap if installing multiple panels side by side. - Sealing is not mandatory but recommended if the film is exposed to humidity or at risk of water contact. Use only neutral (non-acidic) silicone sealant along the film edge. - All electrical connections must be performed by a licensed electrician, following the wiring diagram and using the recommended transformer. - For best durability, avoid continuous ON mode – use a timer to ensure a daily power cutoff. Wait 30 days before cleaning and only use a microfiber cloth with non-abrasive products.
