Maintenance
For daily care, use a mild soap or pH-neutral detergent to clean the film’s surface. Avoid using products with extremely acidic or basic pH levels, as they can harm the material. When cleaning the film surface, only use soft cloths or sponges to prevent any damage. For stubborn stains, apply hot water (not boiling) to the affected area. If necessary, use a cleaning solution composed of 70% isopropyl alcohol and 30% water, applied with a melamine sponge. For sanitizing, use only isopropyl alcohol-based products like Isopropyl Alcohol Wipes (not for daily use). Avoid organic-based cleaners like ammonia or polish, as they can damage vinyl. Test any cleaning detergents, bactericides, or virucidal products on a hidden area first to ensure compatibility.
Installation guidance
- Cut carefully to minimise fraying of the textile surface. - In overlap areas, gently heat the film to promote adhesion. - In high-traffic areas, overlaps may be subject to lifting due to mechanical stress. - On edges and raised surfaces, ensure complete adhesion without trapped air and wrap the material at least 10 mm around the edge, preferably further where possible. - Minor liner shrinkage may occur while the product is stored on the roll; this does not affect the dimensional stability of the material once installed. - After use, secure the roll tightly at a minimum of three points to prevent air channels from developing between the film and liner. - For NG07 and NG09, due to their specific construction, slight colour variations may occur between adjacent sheets, even when taken from the same roll.
